This is a new one for me. My girl Betty Lou seems to have lead fear, which is hard to deal with since I mainly show my dogs. When I put the lead on her she will thrash and at time's scream, depends on the day. Now I she has worn a collar so I know that is not a foreign idea for her and she will drag the lead around but if I put any tension she is off to the races so to speak. Her and I seem to be at a standstill at the moment. I can get her to stack and hold with out it but she has to wear the lead in the ring and for the gait portion. I don't know if anyone else has had issues with a dog and a leash or lead but if so did you figure it out and if so how?
