Is you dog jealous?

    We have a new kitten and although our dog seems to like it ok, she is a bit nervous when we are actually petting, holding or playing with it. If I am holding the kitten, she wants her daddy to please pet her, and hurry. That kind of thing! I will have to make sure I give her plenty of attention while we are raising this kitten.

    My Homer is extremely jealous. He bites me whenever I'm holding hands with my boyfriend. I'm not joking:( And he doesn't let me pet other animals.

    I guess dogs are naturally jealous and possessive. My Queenie would always feel agitated whenever I pick up our kittens. Now that she has pups of her own, I'm not sure whether she's jealous that I am petting the little pug or that the little pug is enjoying and loving my attention.
