I saw a video before of a cat in one of these things and it astonished me they would even do something like this. Here's another one of the same thing, but with a dog:

This looks horrible. That's gotta be traumatizing to the animal, they probably thing they're about to drown. And doesn't all that pet cleaner get in their eyes and mouth?

This is awful!!! Poor dog, he seems so scared. I don't know who invented this but he deserves to be washed in it too:mad: . I'd prefer my dog to be dirty rather than torture him like this.

I don't even have to watch the video, to realise that there's no WAY I'd ever put my dog through that.

Oh my God! That was awful. I could only watch about 25 seconds. The dog looks terrified. Who would do something like this to an animal? I can't believe they sell such a contraption for this specific purpose.

I agree that they might feel like they are drowning. You could probably kill a dog or cat from the anxiety that they experience. That dog is panicking from what I see and that video goes for over 7 minutes. I cannot believe that dog would walk into that thing on it's own ever again.

I do not think it is a good invention for dogs. It was like being lazy to clean your dog and besides, it is more fun to personally clean or give your dog a bath which is a good bonding time too.

This is a horrible thing. Dogs aren't supposed to get too much water in their ears or nose, it can cause infections, which is why when grooming them you're supposed to be careful. Poor dog has no idea what's going on, either, and is probably horrified.
Bathing your dog can be a good bonding activity, too.
This invention is just horrible, especially since it puts health at risk.

When I bathe Homer it's definitely not a bonding activity because it makes him hate me and I'm in pain because he bites me:p . It's like a war. But I'd never do something like this to him, never. Watching this video makes me cry:(

Yes, this machine is wrong in so many ways. The question that immediately arises is why it is even approved for sale in the first place. Or are the authorities actually made up of heartless robots, like the mindless gang that murdered Lennox?

I would never deliberately terrorize my dogs. Its bad enough that loud noises in our neighborhood, like people setting off fire crackers have been known to terrorize them. I won't say that there haven't been times when we have scared them without intending to for example turning on a vacuum cleaner, because we have done this. Dogs have very sensitive hearing so loud noises will traumatize them.
