hi from TN, energetic dog here

    Hi everyone. I am a single dad living in TN. I have one dog, a husky. She's about one year old. She is extremely energetic and has no training. I'm here for some tips, really! But I'll get to that in another post.

    For now, hi there. I'm Mike. I have two kids. I work full time. How is everyone? :)

    Huskies are beautiful! I bet she's energetic though!

    I can't help much on the husky side of things (my boy is a Shih Tzu!) but just wanted to say hello and welcome. I have one child + my dog and a cat too!

    Glad to have you on board!

    As far as training, I start out with basic commands, sit, wait, come, and things like that. I am a first time dog owner, and I learned through trials and errors. The only thing I am sure is consistency and repetitive. Using treats or toys seem to work out for me.
