    That is the best use for one of those dog collars that I have seen yet. I can't tell if that's what they actually have on him, but I hope so. It's brilliant.

    This dog looks very angry. He probably doesn't like the collar. But it's an interesting idea for a costume:p

    Well pity dogs can't speak. If look could kill, perhaps you're right he is angry. I think he enjoys all the attention.
