LOL That is one serious ball fetcher! My sister's Australian Shepherd mix would have done that. She could fetch a tennis ball for hours. Even when she started to go blind, she still wanted to go after tennis balls.

I think I have lucked out. Misha plays fetch for about 5 minutes. We call it the "three throw rule". That's about how many times I throw a ball or toy before she sits and looks at me as if no one would ever expect her to fetch it. She prefers to take the toy and run wild with it a few times instead.

Wow! I'm sure he drank a lot of water when he was trying to catch this ball:p He looks like some kind of a very strange fish:p

I was watching a video of how the photographer shoots these, it's such a simple setup really. It's pretty amazing because I believe he sells a book of these photos. You could knock most of these pictures out in one afternoon if you have a pool and a bunch of dogs on hand.

That was funny. I wonder if he caught the ball, he seem pretty determine to do so that's for sure. I wonder how the photographer got the photo it looks like it was taken under water given the angle in which it was taken.

How is it done Tom?

There was a series of 3 in our weekend paper and sure enough it was online as well.Yes your right it is the work of a US photographer.
I also wondered Claudine how much of the pool was swallowed by this determined pooch.

This one from your link made me laugh. I love the determined competition.

That is certainly the photographer,Seth Casteel. His pics made our national weekend newspaper.
I would be interested how he manages to get the shots.

This is my favourite, he seems so focused on the ball, he really wants to catch it:

As much as the photographer has set it all up the dogs are not acting. They are so intent on the ball. Bulging eyes tongue hanging out and showing their teeth makes for a funny photo.
