ACVPA should be strenghten

    It has been three years since the Animal Crush Videos Prohibition Act of 2010 (ACVPA) became an official law to protect animals (specially dogs) from this kind of inhuman act.

    In my opinion, this punishment is too light because crush videos still exist mostly in Asian countries.
    Do you think the seven years maximum imprisonment penalty is enough or it should be intensified?

    I absolutely do not think seven years is enough! I think they should get the same amount of time they would if they treated a person inhumanely.

    I think that seven years of imprisonment is enough if they will be jailed here in our country. :p
    Except if they would pay corrupt jail personnel to give them VIP treatment and some powerful personality who are in specialized prisons. IMO
