My favorite dog Barbie, the youngest and only female, is getting to be a brat. I usually arrive to her welcoming bark but now our 2 other dogs are almost in frenzy when I enter the door but Barbie is busy with something else. And although sometimes she comes when I call her, more often she would ignore me. But when my husband would be the one to arrive, definitely Barbie would join the welcoming party. I wonder if she is being a brat on me.

Homer does the same thing. When I come home, he sometimes ignores me. He just lies, looks at me and waits for me to come and pet him.
When my father arrives, Homer starts barking and jumping from happiness.
I guess dogs pick their favorites;)
