Wow. Do turtles bite? I thought they had no teeth?

Well that one clearly bit his tongue, don't you think?

And yes, they can bite. They're not necessarily going to attack you. Well....not this kind anyway. A snapping turtle definitely will!

    Lol!

And I just had to google what kind of expression "Holey Dooley" was. ;)

I remember trying to get a snapper out of the middle of the road one time so he wouldn't get hit by a car and the little bugger made me very thankful that I was wearing tall boots. Haha!!

Ouch! That's got to hurt! I bet that dog won't be trying that again any time soon.

Turtle has a good grip, doesn't it? I didn't realize snappers could snap so hard.

Poor dog!:( I'm sure it was painful for him:( . This is one malicious turtle. When I was a child I had a few turtles and I remember they used to bite each other all the time, I had to separate them.

The dog still looks a little scared, though, so I'm not sure how buddy-buddy they actually are, ha. Look at his eyes...it's almost to say "Hi there Mr. Turtle. Could I maybe, possibly, have a little bite of this broccoli, too? Please??"

To me, French Bulldogs almost always look like they were a little bit scared, they have such big eyes - I find it really cute actually, I always want to hug every French Bulldog I meet:D . But you are right, who knows how the acted after the picture had been taken, lol:p
I wonder - is this turtle really big or it's a very small puppy?;)
