Pet Safe Pet Doors from Lowes

We got a couple of these. We have a small dog and a cat. The door works perfectly for both of them. Reasonably priced ($30.00), it is easy to install and is holding up very well. Now that they have learned to use them, they are a couple of happy critters. My dog used to have ocassional digestive problems and I would wake up and find the mess in the morning. But she doesn't want to do that, and with the pet door, she always goes all the way outside. We have never had a mess since we put the doors in. Of course I always leave a light on outside for her at night.

That was a decent price for pet doors! I wish I could have something like that, but can't. Our winter weather is brutal, and any tiny crack around will shoot my heating bill over the rainbow; plus I live in a condo and there is a wide open space in the back.
