My very first ever agility competition run with Beau!

    Yes, we've done a couple since then and we both have steadily improved. My arms are much better under control and I don't have to call him so much to direct him. I'm going to retire him from regular agility competitions, pretty much, as I bring his son up (his son, Rider, is my avatar) to competition speed. So, once Beau gets all of his agility novice titles that we were working on (novice standard, jumpers, and FAST), we'll just focus on Time 2 Beat classes. Even at nearly 11 he's a real speed demon and I think he'll enjoy it.

    Keep up that good work for both of you. ;)
    It was also a very good bonding moment/activity for pets and owners.
