Can someone please tell me why my picture didn't post property and how I can get it to do so . It shows the file uploaded, the picture doesn't show on the screen. And, well she's just so adorable, we can' that now can we? Thank you.

 

This is really weird, I've never had any problems with posting pictures here Could you try to do it one more time? Also, try to resize your picture. Maybe it's too big.
I'd love to see Pepper, I'm sure she's adorable!

 

Sadly the easiest way to post a picture here is by just coping the image and pasting it here, but you need to have uploaded the image online. That's the easiest way to post an image here.

Are the other dogs in the picture yours as well?

 

Aww I am disappointing. I wanted to see your dog. I could not click on the image. Have you tried clicking on the upload a file button? I tried that and it pops up at the bottom.
