So, I am writing this thread to introduce my golden retriever Joe to you. He is six and he has moods like a person. Usually, when nobody is playing with him or giving him food he lies on the floor and sleeps. It is amazing how long this dog is able to sleep. Right now he is sleeping in my room, where he resides, on his mat.

He is a good dog but like every other retriever he is a bit goofy. Somehow he developed pacific personality and he is particularly good with kids. I believe if our house would get robbed and Joe was the only one inside he would make a coffee or a tea to the thieves if he knew how.

Awww, Joe is really cute! He sounds like a super sweet and friendly dog:) My Yorkshire Terrier is just the opposite, he hates most people and animals;)

Love the picture of Joe with the blankie over his head. Dogs love to sleep! My Chihuahuas would sleep all day if there was nothing to amuse them. Eating and sleeping -- it's a dog's life! :D

That's very true Tlspiegel, dogs love to sleep:D My Homer loves it too. But his favorite thing to do is to sit on a windowsill and bark at people:p He's doing it right now.

Joe seems to be a darling and the picture with his head covered is quite cute. The idea of him making tea for the robbers I find very interesting and funny at the same time. I don't think I have that crew around here, although I could be wrong. I think most of mine would ask the robbers to have a seat and wait for me to come home. No coffee or tea.

Joe is very cute. Zik used to sleep a lot but these days there is always someone around to keep him busy so he sleeps less.
