How to Potty train a Shih Zhu

    hi,I’am a new owner of a 3month old Shih Zhu and not having any success with the potty training on her peepee pad. She continually does her business on the floor and ignores the peepee pad which is beside her i’ve Tried rewarding her however nothing seems to work. She’s very stubborn! Does anyone have any seggestions as i’ve been trying for weeks now.
