I'm trying very hard to quit sugar, been trying that since last year :( Isn't easy at all, but after checking this infograph I feel more and more convinced quitting sugar is the best for me! I mean, I had no idea sugar could also impair your memory and learning skills D:

Fantastic! I don't use sugar much around the house. I just need a teaspoon in my morning coffee, and the rest of the day, none! I am aware of the other results on the list, but I didn't know that sugar has the effect on aging!

@IcyBC Yeah, I had no idea about that earlier D: I only consume sugar on Saturday, but to be honest I think shouldn't do that. They add sugar to everything to make us addicted to things like cereals and so on. I was reading about that the other day. This is why I'm so happy to have found a completely sugar-free milk brand over here!! No sugar at all! It tastes awesome!!

I don't eat cereal or drinking milk! I don't like desert that much, maybe once a year when I have the craving and it has to be something light for me to dive in.

What is the brand of the sugar free milk you are using? I know I need to drink milk, but it has the after taste that I can't stand having :)

I know what you mean! I didn't like milk that much either, mostly because of that sugary taste...! The brand I use is ''Bove''. It's an organic milk brand, I buy the lactose-free one. I love it! I can only imagine how good their ''whole'' milk is! It's so nice to finally drink a milk that doesn't taste like someone added several spoon of sugar to it! I think most organic milk brands don't add sugar to their milk, but you got to check the box.
